How truckload pricing actually works, what drives your rate, and indicative ranges for our most common lanes out of Oklahoma City.
Our model
All-in rates. No surprise line items.
Every quote we issue is an all-in rate: linehaul, fuel and standard accessorials for the lane included. You approve the number in writing before we assign a carrier, and that number is what appears on your invoice.
Truckload freight is priced by the market, not by a fixed tariff. Rates move with fuel, seasonality, equipment availability and how far a truck must travel empty to reach your dock. Anyone advertising a flat national per-mile figure is either quoting you a fantasy or planning to add charges later.
What we can promise is method: we price against live market data plus our own carrier costs, we explain the drivers when a rate is high, and we tell you when shifting a pickup by a day would save meaningful money.

Billed only if incurred, with proof

Seven things that move your number
1. Lane balance
A lane into a region with plenty of outbound freight prices better than one into a market where the truck will sit empty for two days.
2. Notice given
Booking three to five days ahead consistently beats same-day spot coverage. Expedited freight carries a genuine premium because it displaces other work.
3. Equipment type
Reefer, flatbed and specialized decks are scarcer than dry vans, and scarcity is priced. Over-dimensional moves add permits and escorts.
4. Weight & dimensions
Heavy loads narrow the pool of tractors that can legally haul them. High-cube light freight is priced on space, not pounds.
5. Dock reality
Live unload at a facility known for four-hour waits costs more than a drop-and-hook. Carriers know which receivers are slow.
6. Season & weather
Produce season, retail peak, holiday weeks and winter storm events all tighten capacity in predictable and unpredictable ways.
7. Volume & consistency
Recurring, predictable freight earns better pricing because carriers can plan around it. Ask us about contracted lane rates.
Payment terms
Billing, terms and paperwork
Invoicing
One invoice per load, issued after delivery with the signed POD attached. Consolidated weekly invoicing is available for higher-volume accounts.
Terms
Standard terms are due on receipt for new accounts and Net 30 for approved accounts after a short credit review. Net 15 and Net 45 can be discussed for contracted volume.
Methods
ACH and business check are standard. Wire transfer is available on request. We do not process consumer card payments through this website.
