1. Our commitment

Upper Freight Solutions LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to this website.

2. Conformance status

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This website has been built with those guidelines in mind and is reviewed periodically. We describe our status as “partially conformant”, meaning most of the content meets the standard while some areas may not yet fully align.

3. Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
• A visible “skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
• Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, accordions and forms, with visible focus outlines.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and empty alt attributes on decorative ones.
• Colour contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds for body and interface text.
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error and status messaging.
• Respect for the operating system “reduce motion” preference, which disables animations and parallax effects.
• Responsive layout that supports zoom to 200% and small screens without loss of content.

4. Known limitations

The embedded map on our contact page is provided by a third party and its interactive controls may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies. Our full address is always published in text alongside the map so the information is available without using it. Some downloadable documents provided during a transaction may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers; we will supply an accessible alternative on request.
